Database storage dropped due to a large transaction at between 10:23 AM IST to 10:40 AM IST
The primary root cause was storage exhaustion caused by the interaction of two concurrent high-I/O operations on the RDS instance:
- Large transaction: A single large transaction (bulk DML operation) generated a large volume of transaction log data that consumed storage faster than anticipated.

RCA: Custom Clickpost Generated Label Issue
Summary
On 20 August 2026, an issue with the shipping label configuration caused custom Clickpost-generated shipment labels to be generated using an incorrect label configuration.
The issue affected labels generated between approximately 2:20 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. IST. Order creation and shipment tracking were not affected.
